Today

Today I let go. I let go of the love I've been holding on for so long, of a love I have always imagined; I have always dreamed. Today I break free. Free from all the pain of waiting this love in vain. Because even then I knew this will never be, yet I waited foolishly. Today I'm taking control. I'll take over my emotions. I will be strong because it's just me all along.

Today is a new beginning. I'm over you now. This ain't be easy, but my heart is ready. It's time to move forward, life's waiting for me. Welcome back to reality.
