Thoughts of the Girl in the Corner

I'm here sitting on my chair for eleven hours now, watching people go around crazy about Habagat. I'm feeling a little dizzy. Maybe I'm just hungry. Or maybe I'm going crazy too. There's so many things in my head right now. I want to go home and lie on my bed and eat Mama's Paksiw na Baboy. I want to sleep. My body's aching. My mind is tired. I want to rest. But I can't. I have to stay and work till midnight.

There's no way out.

I hope I won't be late for tomorrow.
